[Boa Constr] Help!?! Tutorial doesn't work for 0.1.2a

I just installed 0.1.2a and I am trying to follow the tutorial.  However,
it's not working.  I'm in section 2.4 and the submenu 'About' that I created
for mnuHelp doesn't *have* the options shown in the Constr pane of
Inspector.  Nor does mnuHelp have any events available under the Evts pane
of the Inspector.  Am I doing something wrong?
