Please disregard my previous request re adding
notebook pages and widgets to those pages. 
Unfortunately I misinterpreted the meaning of the
advice in the "Component Notes" page.  Riaan, perhaps
this could be altered to state more directly that the
notebook must be saved prior to adding pages.  The
current wording is fairly elliptical.  Or maybe it's
just me.
