Sorry about the short reply, but I'm heading out of town soon. The documentation is available as a separate download, and is not included in CVS, because it is pretty big file. You should be able to find the zip file on the Boa site somewhere, or seach the archives of this list where I've posted instructions before. If I had more time I'd tell you exactly where to find it.
