[Boa Constr] Panel Titles, Captions or Labels

Hi again

Are there any plans to implement a panel "label", similar to the wxworkshop
ones, see http://wxworkshop.sourceforge.net/contacts_panel.gif

i.e. the panel are titled "Phones", "Internet", E Signature" etc.
