[Boa Constr] Vertical scroll bar thumb issue/buglet

In any of the editor windows, drag the vertical scroll bar thumb all the way
to the bottom. The last visible line of code is eof - 1 where I would prefer
to see eof. You can reveal the last line by clicking on the down arrow just
below the thumb. Sorry, I don't have a patch.
