[Boa Constr] CVS problem

This is my first time using WinCVS and I can't seem to log in to the Boa CVS
server. I get the following error. Any suggestions?

cvs -z9 login
(Logging in to ano...@cv...)
Fatal error, aborting.
anonymous: no such user
cvs login: authorization failed: server cvs.boa-constructor.sourceforge.net
rejected access to /cvsroot/Boa-Constructor for user anonymous
