[Boa Constr] Windows SendTo

I'd like to be able to add boa to my SendTo list under windows so I can
right click on a .py file, select SendTo, Boa and have Boa open the file up
in its editor window. I can add notepad, excel, PFE and so forth to my
SendTo list but I can't get it to work with Boa. Is this possible?
