[Boa Constr] Getting started

Boa constructor looks interesting, and I would like to check it out.  I
couldn't get it working with python 2.0 and wxPython 2.2.2.  I tried to
get wxPython 2.2.1 working with python 2.0, but I didn't get that
working either.  I he latest version of Boa from the CVS.  Yet again, I
failed.

Could you help me get the latest from CVS?  This is what I type: 
cvs
-d:pserver:ano...@cv...:/cvsroot/boa-constructor login

When it asks for a password, I hit Enter, just like the instructions
say.  When I do that, I am immediately booted back to the command prompt.
