You can have as many connections as you like.
The solution is to edit Explorer.msw.cfg or Explorer.gtk.cfg.
The Zope entry is a dictionary of Zope connection dictionaries.
In the Boa documentation (Editor.html) this is briefly explained.
Please note that continuation lines should start with a space or a tab.
