Nope, working on it furiously and very close to 0.4 (as if you haven't 
heard that before :)
CVS has a very recent version if you are interested.
Hopefully I will update the CVS again tonight or tomorrow.

Boa has gone thru some growing pains with the new editor, memory leaks 
and circular references.
Most of these have now been addressed.
I also hoped the NT / OpenDialog / wxStyledTextCtrl cursor keys problem
would be resolved before the release as this necessitates restarting 
Boa after doing a Save As.

The main thing that has kept me from a release has been instability.
I simply didn't want to release an IDE that suddenly disappears 
from beneath you.
There is one crash left to fix on wxGTK and then I'll release.

Almost there...
