[Boa Constr] Bewildered user

Is there any help that demonstrates how to go about constructing an
app with the boa constructor tool? I find the interface bewildering. I
can barely create a completely empty app, save it and run it. What is
the point of not having a menu bar? Just cursory examination seems to
make it extremely bewildering about how to open or save a project. I'm
sure it's got lots of nice features but they are cleverly concealed.
