[Boa Constr] Status

Hello all,

This is just a ping in the silence and a quick update:
* not much progress with the slowdown/leak problem
* alot of progress with Collection Editors. These are editors that
  visually maintain a list of sub-items for a component.
  You now have properties like wxListCtrl.Columns, wxImageList.Images
