[Boa Constr] Code completion without CTRL-space?

I think I remember Werner posting a way to enable code completion by
default so that it works without having to press CTRL-space all the
time, so I searched the web and this list to find it but could not.  Is
there a way to make this happen?  A config option would be nice, but a
hack would be ok with me.  Thanks!
