[Boa Constr] AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'params'

[vmars <vm...@rg...>]

Greetings;
This error happens , in 'Boa Constructor' everytime I start a new program. 
Turns out , the work around is :
Save files, shutdown Boa.
Then restart Boa, and all is well.
   
Is there a way to avoid this?
