[Boa Constr] Zope Connection / id items in use

Hi! 
I use boa from cvs and zope 2.9.4-final. When I start a new zope connection 
boa asks me if I want to install the zoa object in the root of my zope tree. 
After confirmation zope tells me "The id "items" is invalid - it is already 
in use.". I even can't add an object with id "items" anywhere in zope using 
the zmi.

I tried this on several zope instances even on different workstations but 
without success.

Please can anymone give me a hint how to solve this problem?

Hi again!

Just for the archive: I found out that plone causes this behavior. 
Surprisingly (for me): everything works fine if boa creates the zoa 
folder -before- plone is installed.
