#74 Open a control's event handler from the inspector

In the inspector,
After choosing the required event, it's being added to the bottom pane.
In the bottom pane, double-clicking the selected event should posts the session, and immediately opens the code editor *exactly in the method's position*.
Optionally, add a button next to each method's drop-down box).

This feature saves lots of time, and is one of these things that can make Boa a real RAD tool.
