There seems to be a standard layout for 'back' and 'forward' arrows, with back to the left of
forward. However, the getting started document has these reversed.

(Yes this is a tiny nit. Feel free to ignore it.)

    The guide is getting more and more out of date. I wish someone would redo the screenshots (preferably in a format
    which allows the arrows and text to be layered on the bitmap so that just replacing the screenshot would be
    possible)
