#310 Keep GUI designer window after Post
After posting changes (with the V button), re-open the designer's window.
An explicit Close closes (and should close) the designer,
but committing changes is equivalent to a 'Save' operation, not 'save & close'
It's a hassle to need to open the designer each time i save changes in it.
