#309 Boa's windows don't behave as a single app.

After switching to another task on the computer,
clicking one Boa window doesn't bring the rest of them (e.g. bringing to front the main toolbar doesn't bring the GUI designer or code editor)

I've also reported this as a feature request (how to avoid that duplicate?)
