#303 Debugger doesn't stop on breakpoints

Using this versions:

# Python 2.5 (r25:51908, Sep 19 2006, 09:52:17) [MSC v.1310 32 bit (Intel)]
# wxPython 2.8.4.2, Boa Constructor 0.6.1

(Boa from CVS, 2008-11-24)

On Windows XP, my Boa's Debugger doesn't stop on any breakpoint I create.

Please check this.
