#300 BC starts windows at wrong vertical position

When I start Boa Constructor, the inspector and editor windows are placed too high on the screen, overlapping the buttons and the bottom half of the tabs on the main window. There is a blank space on the bottom of the screen.

Default Ubuntu desktop with one dashbord bar at the top and one at the bottom
