#245 wxBitmap selection enchanment + bug

Hi !

A.) Bitmap prop. deletion needed:
When I have a selected bitmap (in a bitmapbtn), I
cannot delete it from inspector. That is a problem,
because I can delete it from source, but that is not
too good.

B.) Relative path choosing suboption needed:
Sometimes I need to load bitmap files that I get with
source (in rel. path). Example: ./exit.png.

C.) wxBitmap prop. reselect error (bug):
When I select a bitmap in Windows, and I want to
reselect (to new bitmap), the editor is show error
message with path error...
