#243 TODO list sorts by line number incorrectly

Line numbers are being sorted as strings instead of
integers.

So instead of sorting like this

1
4
12
20

It sorts like this

1
12
20
4

Sorting by "Urgency" may have a similar problem but
this is obviously less important

Other views probably have this bug, too.
