#236 .py files with spaces

Python files with spaces in their filename, e.g. "Hello
World.py", can't be executed, at least in version
0.3.1. The error is "File Hello can't be executed" or
something. Pretty obvious where the mistake has been
made, isn't it. I couldn't test it in 0.4.0 because I
can't install wxPython 2.5x.
