#224 Global Dict modules not found

Hey,

Trying to get back into Python and downloaded 0.3.1
Boa the other day. On one of the first programs I was
working on I got this error "Global Dict modules not found
in the module, please add it" Tried to downgrade to
0.3.0 to see if that woudl fix it, it did not. Tried program
on another IDE to make sure my Python 2.3 was not
messed up, and it worked fine. Enclosed is the LOG of
the error.
