#210 SegFault using accented vowel keys

I use Boa with W-NT with no problem.
Once I was able to run it also on a SuSE 8.2
but I have never been able to run it on a Fedora Core 1.
Now I have a Fedora Core 2 but the problems are the same.

My sw configuration include:

wxGTK2-gl-2.4.2-0.fdr.2.2
wxGTK-2.4.2-4.1.fc2.fr
wxGTK-gl-2.4.2-4.1.fc2.fr
wxGTK2-2.4.2-0.fdr.2.2
wxGTK-common-2.4.2-0.fdr.2.2
wxPythonGTK2-2.4.2.4-0.fdr.3.2
python-2.3.3-6
kdelibs-3.2.2-8.FC2
kdebase-3.2.2-6.FC2
kde-i18n-Italian-3.2.2-2

When I run Boa it starts well, but while I'm editing a file
if I use any of the keyboard keys that corresponds to
an accented vowel (мщита) [I've an italian keyboard]
Boa goes in Segmentation Fault.

It __always__ appens.
I tried with BlocNum on and off but nothing changed.

I want to followup on my problem, because it could help.
Now I have a new fresh installation of Fedora Core 3 and BOA
WORKS perfectly

I've no more the other wxGTK packeges: could it matter?

I love your GUI and I'am very glad I can use it again on
linux too.
