#209 .boa is not updated correctly - Boa stalls

I created a new application with boa-constructor, then
I removed it completely (with rm -rf). Afterwards I ran
boa-constructor, but it stalls (stuck) when trying to
open the previos application that doesn't exist
anymore. The solution to this - removing the .boa folder.
It occurs with:
boa-constructor 0.31 alpha and with 0.30 alpah, python
2.3.4, linux.
