#178 Specific misspelled

I first noticed this in the preferences where "Platform
spesific" should be "Platform specific". Grepping
through the boa directory shows that this misspelling
("spesific") appears quite frequently. I'm using version
0.2.8.

This is a bit embarrassing :)

I don't think I've ever spelled that word correctly in my life!

I'll have this fixed for the next CVS checkin.
