At long last your favorite innovative and completely useless sound engine got linux reincarnation and error handling (thanks to Sirgod).
Today i've made bmxplay version 0.4, the last descendant of version 0.1.
Bmxplay 0.5 _must_ be absolutely different.
The obvious minuses are:
1. Too much space wasted for static arrays,
they must be allocated dynamically and have no
hard limitations - i.e. sequencer now limited up to 8192 lines.
2. In fact, machines are written highly unprofessional,
they are not more than a "fast hack". All of them.
My college teachers will kill me immediately, if they'll see this code.
So, i have to make'em (machines) slightly more portable and provide
unified buzz interface and easy modification.... read more
