[bme-develop] Final BeMSN release

Hi Guys,

This has been sat on my HDD for a while, but the recent business with 
Jess has spurred me on to do something about it.

It's basically BeMSN's UI with some of the more up-to-date network code 
from Bme and a few UI bugs fixed.

It doesn't include cryptlib (that was the only change between BONE and 
net_server packages IIRC). Daniel, could you add appropriate cryptlib 
versions to some zips and replace the BeMSN releases currently on 
BeBits?

I'm going to be without network access for a couple of days, and when 
it's restored my computer will have gone home without me for a bit so 
I'll just be using public computers... then I'm off skiing for another 
week.

Basically don't expect me to be very responsive for a bit :)
