Hmm, I disagree - Idle often comes on when someone is still in the room, but maybe not using the computer. If I'm actually going away, I actually set the status to "away". I think the away icon should show more "away" than the idle one, as that one the user has actually said they are away - idle is more the computer guessing they're probably away, so it should be the faded green icon IMHO.
