Techwhale Solutions has just released its newest version of BlueWhaleCRM, 2.0. Unfortunately, due to a change of business structure, BlueWhaleCRM 2.0 will not be offered as OS code, though it will be available in a Shared Source format.

TechWhale Solutions, developers of BlueWhaleCRM, the first completely customizable, .NET based open-source CRM solution, have just released user documentation on their website.

The user documentation consists of over 150 pages of step-by-step instructions and screen shots of BlueWhaleCRM.

We are releasing an update (v 1.0.2) this week that will address several minor issues, as well as some speed issues. Most of the updates have been applied to the demo site (http://demo.bluewhalecrm.com). Please let us know what you think.

The updated release will be available by Wednesday 1/19.

We have released an updated copy of the BlueWhaleCRM installation instructions for those missing the IE Web Controls in their installations.
