I mentioned this bug in my prevous message ("choppy
audio, gaps every second") because it might be
related to that, but I'm also opening a separate bug
report for it, as it may have a separate cause and
therefore this problem should be separately trackable
so that it will be possible to close one bug without
closing the other, if that situation should arise.
This bug is that, about 1 in 3 times, when I try to
play audio, I get static where the music should be.
It may be related to audio gapping that I've noticed
in the playing and recording. That's it. Here are
some of my configuration details (same as my previous
bug report):
