#16 Upload: org.apache.xerces.zip (a workaround for bug 1105525)

The attached file is a workaround for bug #1105525

The problem is that org.apache.xerces plugin that was a
part of Eclipse 2.0 is no more shipped with Eclipse 3.0.1.

I found the required files at

The attached zip file contains the files that I've
downloaded from that link.
