Don't rely on the external tools as this keeps out other systems like windows. While the rest is already written having windows in mind, the external tools should either be provided for that platform or the references be deleted and changed to lib calls.

This all works but getting the rssi value. There is no direct function in pybluez (though there could be without any problem) and I am not getting this working. I know what to do but my time as well as my knowledge of python keep me from solving this issue. I don't want to write my own extension, that doesn't feel right...
Any help is appretiated
