I assume Csound works OK for you without Blue, with other CSD files. F7 in Blue shows the Csound output. Maybe that will contain some clues. You're may be already looking at that. Under Project, try "Render CSD to File", and then try rendering the CSD from a Csound command-line. Csound is usually good in reporting where it fails, at the command line. In WinXP, Start -> Run... -> type CMD then at the prompt cd to the directory with your CSD file and type the Csound command line. Am not sure about the API - I don't use that mode.
