#11 Link scanned document images
Another thing that is becoming very important is having the means to attach scanned documents to invoices. We need to scan multi-page invoices into the system (they reside in filesystem) and then create an entry in a 'document' table for each page of the document set. Then link this document set to an invoice so that anyone could bring up the scanned images to see the actual hardcopy.

This should be a breeze to implement by adding a 'links' widget to all entities (as it is the plan) - this way people can link an entity to
- any other object in egw
- arbitrary documents
- documents from MyDMS
This is definitely a goer for 0.7
