#35 99% CPU usage on connect to irc.beyondirc.net

[scytheblade1]

blootbot locks up and hits 99% usage when connecting to
irc.beyondirc.net.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have ibot connect to irc://irc.beyondirc.net.
2. Wait.
3. Observe 99% CPU usage and complete lockup.
