Although newer version is already release, I still using 0.90 version because I cannot find out Net::Subnets module in my Fedora Linux. Honestly, I care of bug fix rather than rich features, is there any method I can do in order to disable the Net::Subnets module in blocksshd and let it run properly???

At this point this isn't possible. I'll look at an option in the next release and see if it is achievable.
