[Blocks-development] New blocks website address.

Just letting you all know that blocks now has a subdomain, and can also be
located at http://blocks.kripto.org

In regards to the FTP issue, I am sorry that it is taking me so long. I
will place the files on the server when you email them to me. Also, if
this arrangement isn't working out, I'd be happy to make it refresh to
another site.
