[Blocks-development] Bandwidth Usage

It might be helpful to have some information on the bandwidth 
currently used by Blocks. That way, I'd know if I'm cutting an upload 
before I shut down the server. (It might actually give me a warning 
if I try to shut down when bandwidth is in use -- but it would have 
to check whether it's blocks being routed or just adverts.)
