[Blocks-development] [Blocks] upload problem

So far I have only had one repeatable consistent problem. I have one file 
that will not upload.  At a bit under 540 meg, I suspect that size is the 
problem.  Every time it dies before it can finish constructing the blocks.

Understand, that is not a complaint, but a bug report :)

BTW, I love the new upload interface.
