If I find that out, I add Lars to my killfile. Bad ratings are not 
really a problem. That's what this "trust system" is all about: You 
make experiences and learn from them.

We must find a way to ensure that nobody can send out an announcement 
for a file that is not available. This is also necessary to avoid 
flooding.
