The SpGEMM code

Looking for the SpGEMM() code from our HPC 2015 paper? Its release was delayed by some unease in licensing agreements but it will be released shortly. Please do not hesitate to contact us about it.

Block Matrix library

ÜberBlockMatrix is an efficient implementation of a linear algebra library for sparse block matrices with BLAS-like functionality. It is written in C++ and it provides very fast solutions to manipulate block matrices. It currently depends on Eigen and partially also on CSparse (for AMD ordering and some shared data structures), but we are working on making it more stand-alone.

GPU acceleration is underway, you can check out the "gpu" branch in the code.
