When editing in a RichText textarea, a help-screen should pop up in the upper right corner in the viewport, giving a quick overview of the formatting options. This help-screen should overlap all windows, but a close button should be obviously visible to be able to close the help screen. The help screen is automatically closed when the user unfocuses the RichText textarea.
