BlenderCad was intended to extend the functionality of Blender to make it better suited to CAD/CAM. The project has stalled, I don't know why. The alternative seems to be FreeCAD which is in alpha, but usable as of v 0.16

I'll definitely be watching this project. As a Blender user, and hobbyist inventor, this project is absolutely perfect for me. Holds a lot of potential.

cool idea (if it will like at archicade) because in linux are many cad-software in non-finished status
