This is a cleanup and small mod to Genesis Patch
Version 0.15.

Some players wanted the ability to create 3 planets
instead of the max. Also, there was many places to
consolidate the code and clean it up a bit. It also
only LOCKS the database when a change is made.

Drop-in replacement for genesis.php.

I seem to have a problem using this patch with WC.

I have traced the coding and everything seems okay. It
appears that the planets are not being written to the
database.

It seems that on the WC this does not work. Hendo has
already posted this, but I wanted to ad a second to this
issue...
