complete rewrite of mailto.php that replaces both mailto.php and mailto2.php

increases reliability significantly and probably fixes the bug found at http://www.blacknova.net/viewtopic.php?p=3259

the most significant difference is that it only displays the "message sent" text if the message was in fact sent rather than displaying that text before even attempting to send the message.

All of the text is in a variable section in mailto.php. It needs to be translated then moved into the proper language files.

I noticed that the patch I just uploaded also contained my md5 passwords / single cookid patch, so I updated the mailto.zip file. it now includes
    - a patch file that only adds the message patch
    - a copy of mainto.php with my md5 patch
    - a copy of mailto.php w/out my md5 patch
    File Added: mailto_1.1.zip
