#263 trade route only scoops energy on one leg of circuit

i've tried a few tests with real space trade routes in the
bnt2 game, and it looks like it only scoops energy in one
direction of the round trip trade route... has anyone else
seen this or can confirm this?

looking at the code in traderoute.php, it looks like it
calculates and adds the energy scooped to the
$playerinfo var for each leg of the circuit, but only
updates the db on one leg of the trip. it requeries the db
for both legs however, so the energy is "lost".

at least that's the way i read it.
