#7 unable to pull user list

I can connect successfully with my 7290, however, it
doesn't pull my friends list, and when i tried adding user
when my friend messaged me, it doesn't show that its
added.

Does the User change from the 9-digit UIN name to the
English name?

If so then your added.

Verify with WebICQ, then the BB will confirm.
